The AISI terminology
Stainless steel is classified with the acronym AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute).
The industries we generally serve use AISI 304 and AISI 316 steels.
AISI 304 and AISI 316 stand for high-quality austenitic stainless steel containing Chromium (18%) and Nickel (8%).

We offer co-engineering services at Delinox, analysing every single aspect of the projects commissioned. This includes a complete analysis ranging from consultancy to design, from prototyping to development.

Starting from the raw material we can obtain the required shape, also the particularly complex ones.
MANUAL AND ROBOTIC WELDING WITH MICROPLASMA
Components assembling through micro-plasma metal welding.
BENDING
Using numerical control press brakes.
MANUAL AND ROBOTIC SURFACE FINISHES
Surface dusting, deburring and automatic removal of burrs. Removal of welding oxides. Satin finish or product surface finish through the use of Scotch-Brite.
